Property is located on Peninsula Juluapan  between Santiago Bay and Pacific Ocean,  which is about 20 minutes from Manzanillo International Airport, 15 minutes from center of Manzanillo, and 30 minutes  from Barra de Navidad.

 Manzanillo is located along the Pacific Mexico coast, between Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco, about 100 km west of  Colima and 300 km south of Puerto Vallarta. Manzanillo is one of the major ports in Mexico. The city comprises of two bays, Santiago and Manzanillo, which are divided by the Santiago Peninsula, with many beautiful  beaches.
